Our clients taste is on display as soon as you walk through the entrance into this 1910's villa, you fall in love with the rustic theme as every room has been cleverly designed to capture their vision.

A mix of original and recycled rimu sarking boards lining the walls combined with the restoration of the beautiful native floor boards give the home its one of a kind character.

Quirky fixtures and fittings and clever use of the homes original construction capture your eyes as you make your way through the house.

Boasting 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms this villa is certainly set up for large families or guests.

The kitchen and dining area is a masterpiece in itself, its rustic feel combined with all black joinery and black stone bench top make you feel like you're at a cafe.

This was a fun project for the team and definitely one to remember.
